I’ve used this clip before about how wicked and darkness are much like Dracula. Those who are that or follow that train of thought will tempt, summon if you will those they wish to conquer but after awhile they’ll wear out or get someone else who is breakable, who is manipulatable, who is easy to control in some way. As one pimp once said “Every B__ isn’t breakable. Every b__ isn’t pimpable.” Those of us with a strong spirit transcends all of that.
Those who mess in darkness usually do go even more bat 💩 insane than already were. Like Renfield territory like laughing maddeningly, glazed over eyes, mumbling weird discombobulated crap next to no one comprehends level. It’s honestly piteous. If they weren’t healthy before they sure aren’t after as long as they remain in their arrogance and narcissism playing in darkness. Whatever mental capacity they ever had is removed and they become a raving lunatic. I’ve seen it happen innumerable times. That’s why I’ve always said I don’t play in dark things or with spiritually dark beings. Basically the character of Renfiel and Mina after she’s been bit and gets that predatory animalistic expression in her eyes along with laughing manically sums it up to give an illustration. Point being it’s not wise to play with or in that stuff. The devil doesn’t play fair. 🤷🏽♀️
On a side note as I’ve written on before there were 2 separate versions of the film 1 English with a White cast and 1 Latin with an all Latin cast…and spoke Spanish throughout. It has to be said the Latin cast really nailed it. That cast just added something to the story the English cast was without. In my view their delivery really made viewers feel like they were in the film and it was believable. It had a natural earthy authenticity to it us Indigenous and certainly Latins tend to have 😄🤷🏽♀️ And thank God it didn’t have those blame armadillos like the English one did even though they used the same set. They actually had the rats and such in it..: instead of armadillos😄 Again I totally wish an ethnic dança and or performing arts company in general would undertake this piece on more. We’d kill it I think… we’ve already done it with the Nutcracker why forgo Dracula? 🤷🏽♀️
